Sometimes referred to as "the girl with the voice on those old Vineyard CDs" (1999-2008) Sherilyn has been leading worship, writing songs, and recording music for over 25 years. Having had numerous songs published by Vineyard Music and Varietal Records, her most popular solo album (released in 2008 under her former name, Sheri Carr) was produced by Nathan Nockels (most know for his work with Passion & Chris Tomlin). The album, titled "Fearless Now" was named one of the "Top 10 Picks of the Year" by Christianity Today.

After walking through some difficult storms in her personal life, Sherilyn spent a few years writing & recording songs about her trials & experiences, releasing two EP's of her artistic endeavors - "Weathered" and "Beautiful New."

Atlanta was home-base from 2006 to 2013 until she left to serve as a missionary in Italy & Brazil. She spent 6 months overseas leading worship, teaching music, and training worship leaders for Vineyard Brazil prior to relocating to the Central Coast of California in 2014.

In June 2014, she released a collection of her worship songs past & present, called "Found In You." Her first release with Mb Music in April 2016, "Move This Mountain” is full of powerful anthems that have changed the atmosphere in her home church.

With a passion to release worship for the next generation, her latest endeavors with Mountainbrook Kids Worship are super fun dance remixes of two well-known songs, "King of My Heart" and "One Thing Remains." You'll want to stay tuned for all that is to come with Mb Kids Worship!

Sherilyn is the founder of WOVEN for Women and Mountainbrook Musicand currently serves as Worship Pastor for Mountainbrook Church in San Luis Obispo, CA.

When not doing musical things, you can often find Sherilyn out walking on the beach, swing dancing, writing, cooking, wine-tasting, or instagramming
